"How much will my case cost?"

This is one of the first questions that most parties meeting with a lawyer will ask.  It is a vitally important question, but one that is impossible to answer with any degree of certainty.  Each case has its own unique set of facts, emotional issues and cast of characters, including the parties, their attorneys and the judge.  In addition, each and every decision you and your spouse (or former spouse) make at each step in the process can take the case in a new direction, altering the work required by the lawyers, the length of time the case will take, and the associated costs.

At Mickelson Jacobs and Bozek, LLC we will talk to you about the things you can do to help control the cost of your case.  We will openly discuss the potential costs for any actions to be taken before embarking on a particular course.  We provide detailed billing on a monthly basis and encourage you to discuss with us any questions or concerns you may have.
